Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, typically the same or next business day after order is placed.

For Canadian orders, we offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.

For International orders, we offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Please note, you may be subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the order may be held to customs inspections which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the customer to resolve.

Mino Keys is not responsible for items that have been updated to "delivered" status by any carrier and claimed as "undelivered", "stolen", or "not found" by the customer. These matters must be taken up with the respective carrier company.
