Refund policy

 

Please email us with your name, order number and issue before sending back your products to ensure that your order is eligible for a return/exchange. All return requests must be made within 15 days of your order's shipping date.

Lubricants, switches, stabilizers and custom cables parts are final sale.

Missing or Incorrect Items: We will replace any missing/incorrect items and shipping/handling charges if the missing/incorrect item is due to our error. Please email us with details of the order (with your name and order number) within 30 days of your order's shipping date to assist you in a timely manner.
We also reserve the right to ask for pictures of the issue. We are not responsible for any customer mistakes during the ordering process. 

Cancellations: For cancellations/refunds, you will be subject up to 5% of the order total. This rate may vary for international orders. 

Group-Buys 
If you want to cancel your order, please submit a ticket before the Group-Buy ends and we will process your refund/cancellation. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged. No exceptions.

Closed Group-Buys: No cancellations/refunds requests will be accepted.
